Contacting us: If you wish to contact us through the TableNow Website, we ask you to supply essential contact details (your name and e-mail address), which we need in order to answer your enquiry.
Registering on the TableNow Website: If you wish to register on the TableNow Website, you can create an account to take advantage of the full range of services offered on the TableNow Website, we ask you to record some personal information (your first and last name, phone number and email address). We also ask you to create a password to operate your account. It is your responsibility to keep your password safe, but if for any reason you believe it is not safe, please contact us on our “Contact Us” form. You can also reset your password by going to the login page.
Using the TableNow Website: When you use the Service, you will be invited to select an area you are interested in dining and the date and time when you want to dine. When you book a table or purchase a Deal, we charge you a fee (as shown on the TableNow Website), so you will need to submit your credit or debit card number and other payment information to enable our third-party service provider to process your payment. We do not store, transmit, or process any customer payment card information provided to us at any time.
Feedback: We always welcome feedback and use an independent third party service provider to record your feedback on your experience once you have dined at a restaurant using the TableNow Service, all feedback collected in this way is published anonymously. If you contact us by email to provide feedback, register a complaint, or ask a question, using the Contact Us section of the website we ask for some personal details so that we can effectively respond to your communication, in doing so we retain your email electronically but do not store your details provided in any other form.
Your activity on the TableNow Website: We automatically record information relating to your use of the Service via the TableNow Website (through the use of electronic tools such as cookies, web beacons or pixel tags), such as the searches you undertake, the pages you visit, your browser or phone type, your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, requested Uniform Resource Locator (“URL”), referring URL, and timestamp information, and other similar types of information. We use this information to operate and administer the TableNow Website and to provide the highest possible level of service to you.
Cookies and other navigational tools: To enhance your experience with the TableNow Website, we store cookies on your computer or other device and we may use Web beacons or pixel tags. As part of the Service we provide your personal information to your chosen restaurant for the purpose of booking a table. We will notify you that is the case when you make your booking. Without your consent to pass this information to the restaurant the booking will not be made. While we inform the restaurant that they are only permitted to communicate with you for the purposes of the specific booking with TableNow, we do not have any responsibility for the actions of the restaurant, and the actions of the restaurant are not in our control.
We may provide some parts of the TableNow Service through third party suppliers who need to have access to your personal information for that purpose. Such third party suppliers will be appointed as data processors in relation to your personal information on the basis that they provide sufficient guarantees to implement appropriate technical and organisational measures so that the processing will carry out processing only on our written instructions, ensure the protection of the rights of data subjects, and otherwise meet the requirements of the applicable Data Protection legislation.
TableNow may aggregate data and disclose such data only in aggregate and in a non-personally identifiable manner to third parties for marketing and promotional purposes (e.g., how many users responded to a particular Deal or other offer, to perform statistical analyses of user behaviour and characteristics in order to measure interest in and use of the various areas of the TableNow Website). Aggregated information does not identify any User individually.
We may disclose your personal information if it is necessary for us to do so in order to comply with any legal or regulatory obligation, or where we have legitimate interests in doing so, such as in order to enforce or apply our contract with you, to investigate potential breaches of contract, or to protect our property and rights or those of others. This may include exchanging information with other companies and organisations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction, on the basis that it is necessary for our legitimate interests in protecting our business.
If another company acquires substantially all of our business or assets, that company will possess the same information and will assume the rights and obligations with respect to that information, and any transfer of your personal information will be made on the basis that it is necessary for our legitimate interests in transferring our business or assets.

How long do we keep personal information for?
If you contact us with an enquiry but do not register for the Service, we do not store your data other than on the email you have sent us. If you register for the Service, we normally retain your personal information for 6 years. It may be longer if it is clear that you wish us to continue to retain it either by you indicating this is the case or by making it clear through your actions, for example still using the Service.
In certain case, it may not be physically possible to delete certain data (for instance, where it is stored on a secure external server), in which case we will take appropriate steps to ensure that it is not available for re-use or disclosure to third parties.
