Ciaooo Pizzeria are an independent Neapolitan Pizzeria in Heart of Manchester. Their Pizza is made from slow-rising sourdough and is baked at 450C. The slow levitation and blast cooking process lock in the flour’s natural aroma and moisture giving a soft and easily digestible crust to provide excellent taste and quality food.
We were welcomed and shown to our table. We ordered some wine and discussed what we should order. There is an emphasis on traditional recipes and authentic cuisine throughout the menu, but there are also many other options for light bites if you wish.
For mains we ordered the Ciaooo pizza, this consisted of Jalapenos cream, provola, chicken, pancetta and the pulled pork pizza, this had an array of cooked pulled pork, balsamic onions and melted cheddar.
All of the food was fabulous. The pizza’s oozed flavour and were very generous in portion size. Ciaooo Pizzeria really do serve the most authentic, flavoursome pizza.
A must try for any Pizza lover.
