La Finca Eivissa is a delightful little Spanish restaurant that can be found in Black Colquitt Street in Liverpool, just a stone’s throw away from Liverpool ONE.
It’s an Ibizan themed bar and restaurant, and has beachy driftwood furnishings, enlivened by rich fabrics, lamps and tarpaulin. There are mattresses for lounging on and even a couple of swings by the bar. It looks gorgeous, and offers a really relaxing, mediterranean vibe.
As expected, it’s all about tapas here. We ordered a total of 7 dishes between us, so we could sample as much of the food as possible.
Our selection included Creamy Garlic Mushroom Bread Bowl; Crispy Calamari with Lime Alioli; Honey-Glazed Chorizo; Prawn Pil Pil Skewers & Caramelized Pineapple and Balearic Lamb & Aubergine Stew. Alongside our food, we ordered some gin as this is a speciality of their’s. There are so many incredible variations to choose from.
Well, we had the loveliest time there. The food was gorgeous – we’d recommend anything we ate. The gin was the icing on the cake.
You have to try this place.
