Sapporo Manchester, situated in the city centre, is a fabulous Japanese restaurant that offers a wide range of authentic dishes, including sushi, noodles, hot dishes and many vegetarian options.

Everything about Sapporo Teppanyaki defies the ordinary. From their displays of roaring fire to the brilliant teppanyaki performance exhibited by their master chefs, to eat here really is something else.
When we arrived, we were greeted and shown to our table. The chefs really take centre stage in Sapporo eateries – cooking your food in front of you, in the most entertaining of ways.

We decided on this visit to go with food off the set menu. We went with the Shogun (Bbq Spare Ribs, Salmon FIllet with Teriyaki sauce and Fruit Salad for dessert) and the Banzal (Miso Wakame Soup, Smoked Chicken Roll & California Roll, Lamb Rump and homemade ice cream for dessert.)

The food was spectacular. In fact,everything was 5*. Eating here is an unmissable experience.
