Thai on Aire is a beautiful, authentic restaurant which is situated in Keighley. They pride themselves on ensuring all their food is freshly prepared, with local ingredients, prepared by their fantastic Thai chefs. The decor is modern and elegant with warm lighting that provides the perfect atmosphere for an evening with friends or family.
For starters we opted for the Satay Gai/Chicken Satay. This consisted of Grilled skewers of sliced chicken breast marinated in tamaric, finely sliced lime leaves & herbs, served with a rich Thai style satay sauce. We also ordered the Klong Moo Ob/Marinated Spare Ribs, which were grilled, marinated spare ribs in a rich ‘Thai on Aire’ homemade sauce of black pepper, onion and pineapple garnished with golden fried onion flakes and fresh coriander. Both absolutely divine.
For mains we ordered the Gaeng Keow Waan/Green Curry. This came with aubergines, courgettes, red & green peppers and bamboo shoots cooked in coconut milk, sweet basil and green curry paste, garnished with fine red chilli and Pad Prew Waan/Sweet and Sour Stir Fry which is a Thai Style sweet and sour sauce stir fried with fresh cherry tomato, carrot, cucumber, onion, pineapple, baby corn, spring onion and red & green peppers.
All of the food was absolutely delicious. The starters were generous in size and tasted great, and the flavours in the Thai dishes were incredible. A fabulous meal.
